Spa Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A credit card number is required when booking a group of 3 or more. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. A 50% charge will be applied for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your spa visit. This will allow you time to change and relax. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time. We recognize that an exceptionally sanitary environment is an essential component to your spa visit. We are a handicap-friendly facility that caters to both men and women.
